Welcome to the new version of Alaris mKit. This new release introduces more than 50 new features and improvements.
Here are some of the highlights.
1. More channel connectivity
The platform now supports Lanck Telecom as a new vendor for the TTS channel. For the Viber channel, we’ve also added support for two new vendors: Mesente and NTH Mobile. This gives you more options when configuring your vendor network and managing channel availability.
2. Better vendor and margin management
You can now manage vendor contracts and vendor rates directly in the platform. Back-office users can create vendor companies, configure the rates at which traffic is purchased, and then use those rates when creating customer rates. And multi-currency support makes it possible to calculate margins even when vendor and customer rates use different currencies (which in our global market is often the case).
3. More payment options
We’ve added Revolut as a payment method. Brands using the client portal can now top up their balance through Revolut, giving their customers one more way to fund their accounts.
4. Flexible recurring charges
A new interface is now available for managing recurring sender charges and additional fees. Admins can configure and manage recurring fees directly from the back office, making it easier to automate charges that previously required additional manual management.
5. Know the cost before sending
You can now see an estimated broadcast cost before sending a campaign. After selecting your target audience and communication channels, the platform calculates the approximate cost of the broadcast before you send it.
6. WhatsApp username and BSUID support
As WhatsApp introduces usernames as an additional way for users to identify themselves, the platform is ready to support messaging through this new identifier.
7. More secure 2FA
Finally, we’ve added Google Authenticator support for two-factor authentication. Users can now protect their accounts with an authenticator app in addition to the existing authentication methods. With Alaris mKit you’re always on the safe side.
